This voucher entitles the recipient to participate in our sharpening course . We will demonstrate step by step how to properly sharpen knives and hand tools – from dressing the whetstone and achieving a clean grind to honing and resharpening the blade.

We will of course provide the abrasives. You are also welcome to bring your own pocket knife or kitchen knife up to 15 cm.
